About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled MSP technician to support small business clients with Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, servers, and security solutions. You will handle service desk tickets, remote and onsite troubleshooting, and network/server administration. If you are self-motivated, love solving problems, and take pride in great customer service — you will fit right in.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of IT experience or a diploma/degree in Information Technology
• MSP experience is required
• Solid hands-on experience with firewalls (Sophos, SonicWall, UDM Pro), switches , and access points
• Comfortable with network troubleshooting — VLANs, routing, DNS/DHCP, VPNs
• Experience with server setup and virtualization is a plus
• Experience with EDR and MDR
• Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory administration
• Cloud experience is a plus, especially migrating on-prem servers to Azure or AWS
• Valid Driver's License

Preferred:

• CompTIA A+ and/or CompTIA Network+ preferred.
• NinjaOne RMM and Autotask PSA Experience a plus

Responsibilities:

• Resolve service desk requests via phone, email, and web portal
• Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
• Set up and maintain servers (physical and virtual) and core services like AD, DNS, and DHCP
• Support cloud environments and assist with on-prem to cloud migrations
• Manage Microsoft 365, Azure, and Active Directory for clients
• Support EDR/MDR and SIEM platforms for endpoint and security monitoring
• Travel to client sites when needed
