In this role, you'll assist with unit turns, complete minor repairs (plumbing, electrical, appliances), and help maintain curb appeal through grounds care and exterior upkeep. This is a great opportunity for someone with general maintenance knowledge who is ready to take the next step beyond make-readies but may not yet have HVAC or advanced repair experience.
