Job Description

Seeking a reliable, safety-minded Concrete Pump Operator to join our team. This position is for an equipment operator, not just a driver. You will be operating a 32-meter Alliance Double Z boom pump and working closely with customers and crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Operate a 32-meter Alliance Double Z boom concrete pump
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Handle routine maintenance including greasing, cleaning, and general upkeep of the pump
Keep equipment clean and job-ready every day
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues on the job site when possible
Report mechanical problems promptly to the shop for repair
Communicate professionally with customers to determine the best and safest way to complete each pour
Work as a team-oriented individual
Assist in the shop when needed (a plus)

Requirements

MUST have a valid CDL (Class B or A required)
Clean driving record
3+ years of concrete pump experience preferred, but we will train the right individual
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
Strong mechanical awareness and problem-solving skills
Commitment to safety, efficiency, and professionalism
Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of equipment
