Business Development Executive- US

VIDIZMO is hiring a Business Development Representative to open new doors for our business. You'll bring 1 to 3 years of outbound sales experience, clear and confident English, and the energy to talk with new prospects every day. You'll win new business by contacting end customers directly and by bringing in deals through our partners. You'll set up meetings with the right people, make sure there's a real need, and hand qualified opportunities to our account team, with AI tools helping you research, prepare and follow up.

About VIDIZMO Founded in 2009, VIDIZMO is an AI software company based in Tysons, Virginia. We build four products: Nexus, AI Intelligence Hub, AI Live Insight, and Redactor. They let organizations store, search, analyze, redact and share all kinds of unstructured data, including video, audio, images, documents and text, and they give every one of those formats equal weight.

Over 100 organizations rely on VIDIZMO in production. They work in public safety and justice, government, healthcare, financial services, education, legal, manufacturing and energy. Many of them deploy it on-premises, in air-gapped environments, or in FedRAMP High environments, and our architecture is aligned with the CJIS Security Policy.

We sell both directly and through channel partners around the world, so this team deals with end customers and partners every day. VIDIZMO is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, a Microsoft Solutions Partner for Data & AI, and an NVIDIA Inception partner. Customers can purchase through GSA, Carahsoft, and state and cooperative contract vehicles.

We use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot every day, and we expect you to use them well. You're responsible for reviewing anything AI helps you create for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and the final result is yours to own.

Your Responsibilities

Reach out to end customers and partners daily by phone and message, working from a prioritized call list.

Spend at least two hours every day in live conversations with new prospects and partners.

Set up meetings with key decisionmakers and confirm that they have a real need.

Convert qualified interest into opportunities and pass them to the account team with a clear summary.

Register partner opportunities on the day you learn about them and bring on a new partner when a deal requires one.

Record every call, email and meeting in HubSpot on the day it happens.

Use Claude or a similar AI assistant daily to research prospects, prepare for calls, write outreach and follow up.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

Clear, confident English, both spoken and written, and easy to understand on calls with US buyers.

1 to 3 years in outbound business development, lead generation or inside sales, or clear proof that you can do the work.

Comfortable making a high number of calls and hearing "no.".

Experience using HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar tools.

A habit of recording every call and meeting on the same day.

A history of automating your own routine work with AI, for example with reusable prompts, Claude Projects, AI-assisted workflows or simple scripts. Share an example of something you automated.

Experience selling a SaaS product or service to US buyers, including outbound cold calling, is strongly preferred.

Able to make this a full-time commitment, without concurrent freelance work or outside business ventures.

Current US residence and authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
