We're looking for a friendly and dependable Call Center Representative to join our team. You'll be the voice customers turn to for help, answering questions, resolving concerns, and creating positive experiences with every call.

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Help customers find solutions and resolve issues
• Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
• Document customer interactions accurately
• Work with teammates to ensure customers receive the support they need
• Turn challenging situations into great customer experiences

• Strong communication and people skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to stay organized and multitask
• Basic computer skills
• Customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Honolulu, HI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
