Base Pay $21.00 - $23.00 / Hour Job Category Titles Relocation Expense Covered No Employee Type Non-Exempt - FT Required Degree High school Manage Others No Contact information Phone View phone number on click.appcast.io Description Main Duties/Responsibilities: Interact with vendor or donor regarding status of title issues Update donation records in the CARS database with the highest level of accuracy Assist Operations in weekly reporting Available to answer questions from CSRs Maintain and update any record in Title Issues status in the CARS Database Responsible for updating CARS-generated manual for DMV requirements Work with Accounts Payable/Accounting for all costs associated with title processing Report any ongoing vendor title issues to management, as needed Perform additional tasks as requested by management Requirements Experience: HS diploma 1-year vehicle title processing experience is preferred Skills: Computer proficiency and typing speed of 45 words per minute Good customer service skills and attitude Good communication skills - verbal and written Must be able to work under pressure and meet time sensitive deadlines.
