We are partnering with a well-established public accounting firm seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned tax professional seeking broader exposure, meaningful client interaction, and a clear path toward leadership.
Principal, Professional Services Division at Green Key Resources
Base Pay Range
$120,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse client portfolio, including individuals, businesses, estates, trusts, gifts, and non‑profit organizations.
- Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting engagements
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic tax guidance and solutions
- Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff in a collaborative team environment
- Conduct detailed research to address complex tax issues
- Support business development by identifying opportunities to grow client relationships
- Stay current on tax laws, regulations, and emerging trends to ensure best‑in‑class service
Qualifications
- Master’s in Taxation, MPA, or BS in Accounting
- CPA strongly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of public accounting experience, with strong emphasis on estate, trust & gift tax
- Deep expertise in tax planning, compliance, and consulting across various client types
- Proven leadership ability and strength in building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with tax software such as CCH Engagement or Axcess Tax is a plus
