About the Opportunity

We are seeking dependable, service-minded individuals to join our remote team as Remote Customer Care Representatives. In this role, you will assist clients with vacation-related questions, research available options, help coordinate requested services, and provide consistent support throughout the planning process.

This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy helping customers, staying organized, solving routine issues, and communicating clearly in a virtual environment. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing educational resources are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Speak with clients to learn about their preferred destinations, travel dates, budget, interests, and specific vacation needs.
• Research resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and other available services through approved resources.
• Help organize selected arrangements, including reservation details, confirmations, schedules, and itinerary information.
• Provide responsive customer care by answering routine questions, communicating updates, following up on outstanding items, and assisting with standard changes or requests.
• Review client and reservation information for accuracy, track important dates, maintain organized records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.
