This role will be onsite at our Clyde Manufacturing Facility in Clyde, OH.The Quality Analyst is responsible for leading themselves and technicians to drive premium product quality. Specific responsibilities include implementing quality control programs to respond to internal and external customer quality concerns, and drive continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes and product design parameters.Your responsibilities will includeSolve problems with product quality using root cause analysis and implementing countermeasuresCoordinate technician activities across all shifts to complete critical quality control reaction plans including hold orders and reworksQuality Control continuous improvement activities and problem solving methodologyMinimum requirementsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering6+ months of manufacturing experience (experience may include co-ops or internships)Preferred skills and experiences2 years of quality or engineering experience in a manufacturing facilityOpEx, Six Sigma Black Belt, or similar statistical analysis certificationsPFMEA, Control Plan, and Cpk/CPM experienceWhat we offerGenerous benefits package, Whirlpool employee discount, fitness & educational reimbursement programs, kitchenettes, and more!
