You’ll guide customers through the service process, ensuring each visit is smooth, professional, and positive. Working closely with technicians, you’ll coordinate repairs and communicate clearly to deliver top-quality automotive care. Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and professionally Needs Assessment: Listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and recommend services Service Estimates: Prepare detailed, easy-to-understand repair estimates Collaboration: Communicate effectively with technicians for accurate, timely repairs Customer Updates: Provide clear updates on vehicle status and timelines Documentation: Maintain accurate service and customer records Front Office Management: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting Customer Service Excellence: Ensure every customer leaves satisfied and confident in our work What We’re Looking For We seek a motivated Service Advisor with strong people skills, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. Automotive experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. Experience: Prior Service Advisor or customer service experience preferred Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to explain services clearly Organization: Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced shop Automotive Knowledge: Basic understanding preferred, but training provided Software Skills: Familiarity with scheduling or POS systems is a plus Positive Attitude: Professional, customer-first mindset Why Midas?
