Corporate Operations Specialist

The Corporate Operations Specialist delivers accurate, compliant loan documentation and closing support in the Corporate Banking Group. Responsibilities Process and service a wide variety of loans including highly complex mortgage and commercial loans. Ensure loan documentation meets all regulatory and legal requirements. Lead and direct deal teams on regulatory and documentation needs for complex loan transactions. Collaborate with customers, deal teams, syndicate/participant partners, attorneys, title companies and internal departments to deliver timely credit and a positive customer experience. Assist the loan boarding process into accounting systems. Manage distribution of information to staff and external partners as appropriate. Maintain accurate member files and monitor covenant reports in compliance with association procedures. Coordinate loan closings with lenders, customers, title companies, attorneys and other departments. Identify and provide details of deficiencies in loan documentation and packages to improve efficiency and customer service. Perform other functions as assigned. Qualifications Minimum two years of real estate finance and/or documentation experience. Experience working on multi‑lender transactions (syndicate or participant lender). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures. Demonstrated analytical skills to evaluate, prioritize and categorize data. Proficient in PC, e‑mail, word processing and electronic spreadsheets. Capacity to work on tight time constraints and perform multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑moving environment. Exceptional persuasive, interpersonal and written skills. Education AA/AS degree with emphasis on business or high school diploma with three years experience performing technical or administrative duties in a related field; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
