Operations Supervisor (Concessions) - Starlight Theatre

Summary: The Operations Supervisor (CONCESSIONS) will oversee general concessions operations, or may be assigned to a dedicated area, such as premium / catering, merchandise, or warehouse functions.

ALL CANDIDATES ARE ENCOURAGED TO CHECK THE CURRENT SEASON SCHEDULE AT PRIOR TO APPLYING. Shows are still being added for the 2026 season.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises the operations of multiple concession stands, while assisting team members and maintaining a safe environment throughout operating hours.
• May be assigned to a dedicated area throughout the season, such as premium/catering, merchandise, warehouse, or other key area.
• Demonstrate reliable and timely attendance.
• Greets, directs, and responds to guest's questions and needs.
• Understands menu offerings, presentation and pricing.
• Ensures proper product control and handling of inventory and equipment.
• Follows cash handling policies and food safety/sanitation guidelines.
• Obtains / maintains all company required training and certifications, such as ServSafe Alcohol, Fork Lift training, and other programs required of the area of focus.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
