Truck LoaderStatesville, North CarolinaJob Title: Truck Loader Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Salisbury, NC Pay: $13.50 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM Weekly Pay!Job Summary: We are seeking dependable and hardworking Truck Loaders / Tape Seal Operators to join our production team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical work, have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, and are committed to safety and quality. The selected candidate will assist with loading and unloading trucks, operating tape-sealing equipment, and supporting daily production operations.Key Responsibilities:Safely load and unload freight from trucks in a timely mannerOperate material handling equipment as neededOperate tape-sealing machines to securely package productsInspect products and packaging to ensure quality standards are metFollow all company safety policies and proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWork closely with team members to meet daily production goalsPerform other warehouse and production duties as assignedRequired Qualifications:Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferredAbility to consistently lift up to 50 poundsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsReliable attendance and punctualityPreferred Qualifications:Experience operating tape-sealing machines or similar production equipmentExperience with material handling equipmentKnowledge of warehouse safety proceduresFlexibility to perform a variety of warehouse and production tasksCore Competencies: Truck Loading, Unloading, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing, Tape Seal Operation, Material Handling, Quality Control, Safety Compliance, Heavy Lifting, Teamwork, Production Support, Reliability, Time Management, Attention to Detail
