Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.67 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM Thu: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM Sat: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 10:30 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, access‑related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and/or telecommunications location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require security‑related follow‑up. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior according to post orders. Support site operations by providing directions, answering questions, and assisting with visitor processing, deliveries, and/or other security‑related duties assigned for the location. Minimum Requirements Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
