AE - Stock Associate

YOUR ROLE You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador, you move product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day! RESPONSIBILITIES You have a passion for brand standards and are a go‑getter at keeping product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You maintain the Stockroom efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing, and fixtures stay organized. You identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a game plan, and take action to correct it. You support teammates with non‑stock tasks or guest assistance when needed. You prioritize safety standards in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor, follow Asset Protection standards, and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures. QUALIFICATIONS You love AE and Aerie products. You have strong attention to detail, and can prioritize and manage time effectively. You have flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
