What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 16-bed Level III NICU
• Manage an average daily census of 7-8 NICU patients, delivering specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns
• Attend and manage high-risk deliveries, including complex cases
• Deliver family-centered, evidence-based neonatal care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Work alongside Neonatal Nurse Practitioners and a team of 371 faculty and 410 private practice physicians
• Contribute to ongoing clinical excellence and patient outcomes
• Potential to assume leadership roles for qualified candidates

What You Need

Required:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Active Georgia medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment

Preferred:

• Recent fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Commitment to quality care and patient safety
