What you´ll do Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems supporting chemical manufacturing operations. Diagnose and repair motors, drives, PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, conveyors, pumps, mixers, and automated production systems. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability, uptime, and production efficiency. Install, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation, control devices, and electrical components used in chemical processing operations. Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings to identify and resolve equipment issues. Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), hazardous energy control, and chemical handling procedures. Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives and root cause corrective actions. What makes you a good fit Associate degree or technical certification in Electromechanical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred. 5 + years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience in a chemical, manufacturing, processing, or industrial environment. Experience troubleshooting PLCs, VFDs, motors, instrumentation, and automated production equipment. Strong understanding of electrical systems (120V–480V), mechanical systems, and industrial safety practices. Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and respond effectively to production equipment breakdowns. 2nd Shift (Monday - Friday) 3:00PM to 11:00PM CST.
