Travel Physical Therapist - $2,614 per week

Job Summary Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in New Windsor, New York. The position is a 13‑week contract, 40 hours per week with 8‑hour shifts. Responsibilities Assess patients referred for rehabilitation services, including direct patient care, evaluation of medical condition and functional capabilities. Develop and administer a treatment program with specific goals based on patient capacity and tolerance under physician direction. Set realistic, achievable goals for patients, document patient condition, and educate patients and families in appropriate physical therapy methods. Develop a plan of care for each patient, provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions per physician orders. Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program.
