Senior User Researcher

To support an upcoming federal contract, the full-time Senior User Researcher will lead user research studies, ensuring methodological rigor and mentoring team members while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the planning, design, execution, analysis, and reporting of user research studies across the full research lifecycle Recommend and defend appropriate research methodologies and study designs based on program goals and constraints Translate complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams, designers, and policymakers Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, or Psychology; advanced degree preferred Minimum of eight years of professional experience conducting user research for digital products or services Demonstrated command of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies Hands-on experience conducting usability and accessibility evaluations against recognized standards Must be a U.S. Citizen and consent to a full background check due to federal contract requirements
