BOH experience a plus. You lead by example and stay cool under pressure.Communication skills English required, Spanish a plus. You know how to connect with your team and guests.Operational know-how Solid understanding of food safety, product quality, and restaurant performance metrics (speed of service, food & labor cost, etc.).
