Concierge - PRN

JOB SUMMARYUnder the direction of the Security & Hospitality Manager, the Concierge serves as the first point of contact and initial ambassador to Village On The Isle. By welcoming all who visit or call Village On The Isle in a warm, helpful and competent manner, the Concierge plays a vital role in creating a positive first impression. The Concierge is responsible for facilitating communications for residents and staff. The Concierge respectfully interacts with all residents, family members, visitors, colleagues and staff.
