Clinical Details

• Locums would be completing 20min Tele-Neuro consults with patient. They are then paid flat fee per completed consult, which can be scheduled at their convenience in conjunction with client.
• Structure of assignment:
  • A patient sees a Primary care doc after car accident. If PC doctor refers them to speak with a Neurologist, those are the patients the locums Tele-Neuro doctor would then do a 20 min (first) consult with
  • First Consult determines during 20 min call if Neuro feels patients should have brain imaging completed. If so, this is scheduled for the patient.
  • Then a follow-up 20 tele-call occurs where Tele-Nuero Locums goes over their feedback/review of the scan with patient.
  • So there are pre/post 20 min consultation calls completed by locums
    • 1st call prior to scan is 20 mins
    • 2nd call post-scan is 15-20 mins
    • Each call is paid a same flat consultation fee.
  • The locum would notate on a weekly timecard the number of these \"20 min Consults\" during each day. Then upon our verification/approval from the client the provider is paid.
• Locums able to have appointments scheduled around their availability including evenings.
• Ability to complete 3 per hour
• Possibility for 40-50 tele-consultations per week
• Would use clients website/software to complete required forms for consults
• Opportunity for Tele-health with client beyond

Requirements

• Active AZ license
• Preference for Bi-lingual Spanish
