Job Description

The Carpenter will work on a variety of residential and commercial projects, delivering expert craftsmanship and adherence to design specifications. This role requires the ability to perform both independently and as part of a team, managing tight deadlines while using manual tools alongside software such as Revu and Microsoft for project planning and design.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform precise woodworking and material cutting to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints accurately for project execution
• Measure and layout components to ensure proper fit and alignment
• Install and assemble structures and fixtures using manual tools
• Apply finishing techniques to deliver quality workmanship
• Maintain compliance with safety standards on job sites
• Handle and maintain carpentry tools properly and safely
• Collaborate with team members to meet tight project deadlines

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional carpentry experience
• Strong skills in carpentry, blueprint reading, and power tool operation
• Proficient in measurement, layout, and adherence to safety procedures
• Effective problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Physical stamina to meet job demands
• Good communication and teamwork skills
