Registered Nurse - Med/Surg

Location: Sierra Vista, AZ

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift: 19:00 - 07:00, 3x12s

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses for our Med/Surg unit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care and be committed to providing high-quality healthcare services to our patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient care in a Med/Surg setting, ensuring the highest standards of nursing practice.
• Monitor and assess patients' health status and respond to any changes.
• Administer medications and assist with various medical procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Arizona.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience is preferred, particularly in a med/surg or telemetry setting.
• Experience with EHR systems, preferably Cerner.
