Family Advocate

To support youth and families navigating the child welfare system, the full-time Spanish Speaking Care Advocate will coordinate admissions, scheduling, and benefits verification while providing telehealth support and patient engagement remotely. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for families and caregivers, guiding them through admissions and onboarding processes Verify Medicaid eligibility and assist patients with insurance-related inquiries to ensure access to care Manage patient appointments and proactively engage with families to encourage continued participation in care Required Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare administration, patient access, or care coordination Experience in a telehealth or healthcare environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Spanish fluency is required Ability to manage multiple tasks and patient interactions in a fast-paced environment
