Corporate Counsel - In House (Publicly Traded Company) About the job Corporate Counsel Technology Sector Full-time | In-house Legal Role | 5 days On site Role Compensation : up to $155k + Bonus + Other Benefits Are you a legal professional with a passion for innovation and deal-making? We're hiring a Corporate Counsel for a fast-growing technology company . If you have a background in U.S. and international commercial contracts, licensing, and IP-related matters, this could be your next big move. Job Description Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including licensing agreements, NDAs, SaaS, and vendor contracts Support both U.S. and global business teams across sales, operations, and product Advise on legal risk, contract compliance, and strategic deal terms Collaborate across departments to help accelerate growth while protecting the business Help shape internal legal processes and scale best practices Requirements Atleast 4 years 8+ years or more of legal experience, ideally with tech, SaaS, or IP-heavy companies JD and licensed to practice law in the U.S. Strong knowledge of licensing, commercial agreements, and global contract law Confident communicator, business-minded, and detail-driven Experience with cross-border contracts is a plus Interested candidates may apply online or email to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr TalentRecruit
