Our client, a highly regarded boutique trial firm in Orange County, is seeking a Discovery Paralegal with at least two years of litigation experience to join its collaborative and long-tenured team. The firm specializes in complex medical malpractice and healthcare-related litigation and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced trial attorneys handling sophisticated, high-exposure matters.

Key Responsibilities
Draft, propound, and respond to written discovery
Manage discovery deadlines and calendaring
Coordinate document collection, review, and production
Organize and maintain case files and litigation databases
Prepare subpoenas, deposition notices, and related materials
Summarize medical records and case-related documents
Assist attorneys with trial preparation, exhibits, witness files, and court filings
Communicate with clients, experts, opposing counsel, and vendors regarding discovery matters
Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience
Experience handling discovery from inception through trial preparation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment
Experience with medical malpractice, healthcare litigation, personal injury, or complex civil litigation is highly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and litigation management software
