• Oversee patient treatments and new consultations.
• Conduct follow-up appointments and status checks.
• Participate in tumor conferences for collaborative care.
• Perform required procedures including SBRT, IMRT, 3D, and SRS.
• Utilize Epic for electronic medical records management.

• Active Board Certification Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Completion of residency/fellowship in Radiation Oncology.
• Clean professional background and malpractice history.

• State License (preferred; willing to consider providers who can obtain it by the start date).
• ACLS certification (nice to have).
• BLS certification (required by the start date).
• DEA certification (required by the start date).
• PALS certification (nice to have).
• NRP certification (nice to have).
• The Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation date (required).
