We are profitable, growing fast, and rebuilding the product around AI and agents. Your role and mission You will design, build, and scale significant systems and features, owning them end-to-end. You will take on ambiguous, higher-scope problems, make the key technical tradeoffs, and be accountable for the correctness, performance, and reliability of what you own. What you will do Own significant systems and features end-to-end, from design through production and operation Break down hard, ambiguous problems and drive them to shipped outcomes Own the reliability, performance, and cost of the systems you are responsible for Partner across product, design, and engineering to solve problems that span teams Raise the quality bar and set patterns that make the people around you more effective How we work: AI-native by default You treat AI-assisted development as a core part of how you work.You use agents to move faster on design, investigation, and implementation, with clear judgment about where to review closely, and you look for ways AI raises the leverage of the whole team. What we are looking for A strong track record of owning and shipping systems at scale Command of system design, data modeling, and the reliability and cost tradeoffs that come with scale The ability to lead ambiguous work to a clear outcome Genuine, current fluency with AI-assisted development A high bar for quality and a strong sense of ownership React on the front end; Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Python, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch on the backend; Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform in infrastructure; GCP for cloud. The listed Pay Range reflects the total cash compensation inclusive of annual base salary and annual bonus as applicable. For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonus target and annual base salary for the role. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Apollo and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location.
