Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift

Location: Ohio

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Night shift: 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) or 4x12 hours

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT accepted) to provide high-quality respiratory care to patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering respiratory therapy services according to established protocols and guidelines, contributing to patient assessments, and working collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments as per prescribed protocols.
• Monitor patient responses to therapy and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Perform diagnostic tests and assessments related to respiratory care.
• Document patient care and treatment activities accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Assist with any special procedures or equipment as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of respiratory therapy experience.
• Current NBRC certification required.
• AHA BLS certification required (must be in hand at the time of submission).
• Must hold an active Ohio RRT license.
• Background clearance with no license hits is required.
• Nicotine-free status is mandatory for compliance.
