Now Hiring: Onsite IT Support Technician (Contract)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide onsite IT support to end users, including leadership
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Deploy and maintain PCs, printers, and conference room A/V equipment
• Manage tickets and ensure timely resolution within SLAs
• Support IT projects and maintain equipment inventory

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of IT support experience (desktop, hardware, or network)
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
• Experience with Windows environments and basic networking

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Greenville, SC. Cannot be located past a 30 minute commute.
