Overview The RN House Supervisor provides hospital-wide leadership, overseeing clinical, operational, and safety functions during night shifts. Responsibilities Manage staff, resources, and patient flow, ensuring quality and safety standards. Foster effective communication among staff, physicians, and patients. Serve as a mentor, promote a culture of safety. Lead emergency response and performance improvement initiatives using evidence based practices and Lean Six Sigma principles. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing or related field. Active RN licensure. BLS certification; ACLS preferred. Minimum of 2 years clinical experience and 2 years leadership or supervisory experience.
