Diamond Staffing LLC is looking for compassionate, dependable, and responsible caregivers to join our team!

❤️ POSITION: HOME CARE COMPANION / CAREGIVER

Responsibilities may include:
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting with light housekeeping and household organization
• Meal preparation and assistance
• Accompanying clients to appointments and community activities
• Providing reminders and supportive assistance with daily routines
• Promoting independence, dignity, and safety
• Communicating appropriately with clients, families, and the agency

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

✔ Compassionate and dependable individuals
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Reliable and professional caregivers
✔ Previous caregiving experience preferred
✔ HHA/PCA or related experience is a plus
✔ Ability to pass required background and employment screening
✔ Commitment to providing respectful, person-centered care
