Ability to work independently, drive change, and deliver tangible impact will be key to influencing our products, processes, and long-term success.If you're looking to build your career, learn from industry leaders, and contribute to meaningful projects that shape the future of manufacturing, this is the perfect opportunity to grow and make a real impact.How You Will Make an Impact:Electronic Component ManagementCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product development and sourcing teams to mitigate risks related to component lifecycle, sole sourcing, and lead times.New Product Development: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to align Bill of Materials (BOMs) with product development, sourcing, and production timelines.Obsolescence Management: Proactively identify and resolve component obsolescence issues, recommending suitable alternatives to ensure product continuity.Supply Chain ManagementSourcing Partnership: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in alignment with divisional goals to drive financial performance.Vendor Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with component manufacturers to resolve component issues and ensure compliance with required standards.Materials Management: Apply in-depth knowledge of materials functions to identify and communicate the value propositions of various component options.Component Management: Maintain and update the Approved Vendor List (AVL) for internal and external partners.
