Head Baseball Coach

AVAILABLE: Immediately. This is a full-time, benefit-eligible position. Applications will be accepted until the position is filled.

SALARY/RANK: Commensurate with qualifications and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred. Experience in coaching college/university baseball.  Recruiting experience desired. Detail-oriented with ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.  Position requires willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays. The successful candidate must demonstrate a strong Christian faith, a commitment to the University's Mission, and a demonstrated commitment to that faith, through his/her professional responsibilities, relationships and the mentoring of students.

RESPONSIBILITIES: This position provides coaching, recruitment, scheduling and administration for the baseball program, as well as out of season duties through the Admissions Office to enhance overall recruitment to the University.  Other responsibilities within the Athletic department may be assigned as needed.
