Compensation Package Salary: Starting at $120,000+ (higher compensation available for exceptional candidates) Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including generous PTO Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of large group self-funded accounts. Act as a consultant to clients, providing expert advice and tailored solutions. Collaborate with financial managers, marketing teams, and other internal resources to deliver exceptional service. Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes. Support quoting for new and renewal business. Build and lead a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals. Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications/Requirements Licensure: Life and Health (L&H) license required. Experience: Minimum of 5 years managing large group self-funded accounts (5,000+ lives). Skills: Strong consulting and relationship management skills.
