Member Care 

Local Fare Jax | $45,000/year | Full-Time | Monday through Saturday  With Tuesday off

At Local Fare Jax , we connect families with fresh, locally sourced food from farmers and producers we know and trust. Our members count on us each week, and providing an exceptional experience is a big part of what makes Local Fare Jax special.

We're looking for a Member Care Specialist who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes pride in getting the details right.

You'll be a trusted point of contact for our members, helping new families get started, answering questions, resolving order and delivery issues, and making sure members get the most value from their Local Fare Jax experience.

This role is a great fit for someone who is warm with people, highly organized, comfortable solving problems, and serious about following through . You'll work closely with both our members and our internal team, and you'll have a direct impact on member satisfaction and retention as Local Fare Jax grows.

What You'll Do

• Respond to member questions by phone and email in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Help new members through their first 90 days and make sure they feel confident with their membership
• Resolve order issues, delivery questions, and account needs accurately
• Help members customize their orders and get the most value from their subscription
• Recognize when a member may need extra support and help find solutions that improve their experience
• Manage order adjustments before weekly fulfillment deadlines
• Keep clear and accurate notes on member interactions
• Work closely with our team to resolve issues and keep members informed
• Identify recurring member concerns and help us improve our processes

What We're Looking For

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, logistics, operations, administrative support, or a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• A clear, friendly, and calm communication style
• Dependability and consistency
• Comfortable learning and working in different systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A sense of ownership and follow-through
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize when things get busy
• An interest in local food, community, or mission-driven work

What Success Looks Like

• Members receive friendly, fast, and accurate support
• New members feel confident and supported during their first 90 days
• Member questions and issues are handled thoroughly and followed through to completion
• Order and account changes are completed accurately and on time
• Member relationships are strengthened and retention improves
• Communication and documentation are clear and consistent
• Within 90 days, you are confident working within our systems and weekly processes

Pay & Benefits

Pay: $45,000 per year
