Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Infusion Staff Pharmacist to join a growing pharmacy team. This position is ideal for a pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, clinical excellence, and working in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

This role includes participation in an on-call rotation to support patient needs outside of normal business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, verify, and dispense infusion medications accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and federal pharmacy regulations.
• Monitor patient medication therapy and provide clinical recommendations as appropriate.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding infusion treatments and medication management.
• Counsel patients and caregivers on medication use, administration techniques, and potential side effects.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Participate in pharmacy quality assurance and medication safety initiatives.
• Assist with inventory management and medication procurement.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications:

• Active Pharmacist license in Texas (Arkansas license preferred or ability to obtain).
• Infusion pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Long-term care or specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.
