This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, managing their own daily route, and delivering high-quality patient care in the field.Phlebotomist Responsibilities:Perform blood draws in patient homes, assisted living communities, and other residential settingsEnsure accurate patient identification, labeling, and specimen handlingPrepare, store, and transport specimens according to protocolManage daily schedule and travel between patient locationsCommunicate effectively with clinical teams regarding lab orders and completionMaintain supply inventory and ensure readiness for daily routesAdhere to infection control and safety protocolsMinimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.Phlebotomy certification (CPT, RPT, or equivalent) or relevant experience.1+ year of phlebotomy experience preferred.Strong venipuncture skills (including difficult draws).Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Solution driven, creative and resourceful problem-solving skills.Ability to manage time well and perform assigned duties with attention detail, accuracy and follow-through.Proficient computer skills.Valid driver's license.Why Bloom?Competitive salary with bonusesCar Allowance.Opportunities for professional growth.Collaborative work environment with a passionate team making a difference in healthcare.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) retirement plan.Employer-paid basic life and AD&D insurance.Generous PTO and paid holidays.Annual continued education allowance.Bloom Healthcare is an equal opportunity employer.
