Emergency Operations SITL — Real-Time Response Lead

The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, seeks a highly organized Situation Unit Leader (SITL) to support emergency operations. This role monitors real-time developments across ERCs, maintains situational awareness, and provides leadership with actionable insights during complex humanitarian incidents. Shifts may reach 12 hours, with flexible scheduling for 24/7 coverage. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management or related field, 3+ years in emergency operations, and FEMA #J-18808-Ljbffr wfgrp
