A Day in the Life: Expert Service Full‑Body Expertise: Perform high‑quality waxing services for men and women following EWC’s proprietary techniques. The Hub Experience: Start your journey as a “Hub‑let,” learning from our Regional Wax Trainers in a collaborative, high‑energy classroom environment. Education & Sales: Educate guests on the frequency of waxing and recommend EWC’s proprietary products to maintain their results at home. Suite Integrity: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked wax suite in compliance with all Texas (TDLR) safety and health procedures. Scheduling & Availability Dynamic Scheduling: This role requires flexibility to meet our guests’ needs. You will work a variety of shifts and are required to work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week. What You Bring A current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license. A positive, hard‑working, honest, punctual attitude that lights up the room. Comfort performing all face and body waxing services for both male and female guests. Performing Brazilian services for male guests is optional and requires specialized advanced training. A coachable mindset eager to master new techniques through world‑class training.
