Maintenance Mechanic, $3,000 Sign On-Bonus

Job Description Job Description ⭐$3,000 Sign on Bonus ⭐ Great benefits ⭐ Vacation package ⭐ Extra $1.00 an hour for perfect attendance ⭐Two consecutive days off (either Friday & Saturday or Sunday & Monday) ⭐Temperature control facility⭐ 40 hrs. scheduled work week⭐ Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 3:00pm-11:30pm 3rd Shift: 10:30pm-7:00am Description: Repair and troubleshoot bakery equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Support high speed production equipment, power transmissions, variable speed drives, servos, basic I/O, and machine controls. Perform building maintenance and other projects as assigned. Must maintain accurate and timely records of work performed on work orders, maintenance calls, and preventive maintenance reports. Job Requirements: Must have minimum 1+ years of hands on experience in mechanical work in a manufacturing environment (baking industry is preferred) OR proven technical training / certification in Maintenance Mechanic and Electrical. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to analyze and solve difficult technical problems. Must be able to use independent judgment. Reliability and dependability is a key factor for success. Experience in preventative and predictive maintenance Knowledge of high-speed production equipment, power transmissions, variable speed drives, servos, and basic I/O Knowledge in PLC experience is a plus.
