This high‐volume practice includes 5 providers, a walk‐in clinic, and an on‐site lab. If you excel in a fast‐paced medical environment and enjoy supporting both patients and providers, this role is an excellent fit. Position Details Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pay Range: $20–$22 per hour (based on experience) Setting: Primary Care, Walk‐In Clinic, Lab**How will you make an impact & Requirements**## **What You’ll Do**As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and a key contributor to smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include:* **Patient check‐in and check‐out** with accuracy and professionalism* Greeting patients warmly and delivering excellent customer service* Managing phones, scheduling, and front‐office workflow* Supporting providers and clinical staff in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment* Using EMR systems to document and process patient information* Multitasking effectively while maintaining attention to detail## **Required Experience & Skills*** **3–5 years of experience in a Healthcare Front Office role*** **Healthcare background required*** Strong communication skills and a positive, team‐oriented attitude* EMR experience required (Athena preferred but not mandatory)* Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‐paced setting* Comfortable interacting with high patient volumes daily* Ability to lift/move up to 10 lbs frequently and up to 25 lbs occasionally## **Benefits**Millennium Physician Group offers a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, including:* Medical, Dental, Vision* 401(k) with employer match* PTO* 7 Paid Holidays* Opportunities for growth within a large, respected healthcare organization## **About Millennium Physician Group**Since 2008, Millennium Physician Group has grown into one of Florida’s largest comprehensive primary care practices, with more than 400 providers across the state.
