Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in a pediatric private duty role. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability .

We currently have open overnight shifts caring for both pediatric and adult clients throughout the Phoenix metro.


Compensation and Schedule:

• Immediate overnight shifts available
• Starting pay: $35-$43 per hour (client-specific)

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?

• Traditional shifts (4's, 8's, 10's or 12's)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones

What your day looks like at BAYADA:

• Travel to one client's home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
• Trach experience preferred, but not required
