Information Technology Specialist

Optomi, in partnership with a leading client is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to support a mobility environment of 11,000+ devices, focusing on device management, reporting, audits, and small project coordination.Below, you will find a complete breakdown of everything required of potential candidates, as well as how to apply Good luck.Qualifications:Strong Excel skills, including pivot tablesStrong organization, communication, and follow-throughAbility to independently troubleshoot, research, and manage prioritiesMicrosoft Intune and mobile device management experience preferredTableau/BI experience a plusHealthcare IT experience a plusMust be able to work onsite 5 days per weekResponsibilities:Support phones, tablets, hotspots, Cradlepoints, paging, and push-to-talk devicesPerform usage audits and identify opportunities to optimize or eliminate servicesCoordinate small projects xhyhwjd and mobility initiativesWork across teams to investigate and resolve issuesMaintain device data and reporting using Excel, Tableau, and BI toolsAssist with Intune enrollment and device managementSupport go-live activities and new technology initiatives
