Mortgage Loan Processor - Non QM

As an Account Manager/Loan Processor at ARDRI, you will be the primary point of contact for our broker partners, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships to drive business growth within the wholesale mortgage banking sector. Your role will involve coordinating the loan process, from initial setup through closing, ensuring exceptional service and support for our clients. You will oversee the Loan Setup and Processors offering guidance, training and support while working closely with internal teams, including underwriters, closers, doc drawers, funders, post closers, shippers, compliance and especially Account Executives (sales), to deliver seamless and efficient mortgage solutions. Key responsibilities include client onboarding, managing loan pipelines, resolving issues, and providing regular updates and insights to brokers. You will be the main operations point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage banking, excellent communication skills, and a customer‑centric approach that is flexible and professional. Responsibilities Supervision and coordination of Offshore Full‑time Employees (FTEs) responsible for Loan Setup, Processing and Disclosure Support. Serve as the main liaison between broker partners and internal teams. Manage and oversee the loan process from setup to closing. Develop and maintain strong relationships with broker partners. Provide timely and accurate updates, both verbally and written to brokers and their borrowers regarding loan status and requirements. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the loan process. Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to facilitate smooth loan processing. Provide training and assistance to Loan Setup, Processors, and other internal team members for process improvement. Adhere to all applicable internal, external, and regulatory procedures. Must excel in phone communication and actively engage with relevant parties instead of relying on emails. Perform other related duties as assigned. Experience Knowledge of Initial Disclosures, regulatory timelines, and fees to remain compliant. Knowledge of mortgage loan products, underwriting procedures, creditor financial analysis techniques, investor requirements and escrow/title practices. Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, HVCC/AIR, MDIA, Regulatory Compliance and legal requirements. Exceptional analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills. Customer service driven; responsive to client issues and concerns internally and externally. Strong team player, ability to work with general supervision while performing duties. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, pipeline management and meet deadlines. Proficient familiarity with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
