The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company‑sponsored interim secret clearance is required to start.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.• Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.• Professional experience in software development with a strong portfolio of delivered code.• Demonstrated proficiency in using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., agentic IDEs, LLMs) to significantly accelerate personal and team productivity.• Strong proficiency in Python and at least one other enterprise language (C++, Java, or Go).• Experience with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and containerization.Desired Skills:• Knowledge of software cybersecurity principles (Secure Coding, Static/Dynamic Analysis).• Experience implementing AI tools within air-gapped or highly regulated environments.• Familiarity with prompt engineering and the optimization of LLMs for code generation and refactoring.• Strong communication skills with a track record of mentoring others in emerging technology adoption.Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
