The Center for Audiology is growing and we’re adding an Audiologist to our team in Humble, TX. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, patient-focused private practice with a strong reputation in the community. You’ll be part of a supportive team while also having the autonomy to help shape and grow services in a brand-new office environment. What makes this role unique Opportunity to help build a vestibular program from the ground up Work in a new, modern clinic space designed for growth Balance of diagnostics, hearing aid care, and specialty services Ability to expand into areas like cochlear implants if interested Strong support for community outreach and local engagement What you’ll be doing Diagnostics & patient counseling Hearing aid fittings with real-ear verification Tinnitus evaluations & treatment (including Lenire) ALD dispensing & patient education Vestibular program involvement Community, patient and physician relationship building What we’re looking for: Au.D. and active Texas Audiology license Evidence-based mindset with a focus on clinical excellence Motivated self-starter who can work independently and with a team Strong communication and relationship-building skills Passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience Interest in community outreach and practice growth What’s in it for you: Base salary: $75,000–$95,000, depending on experience Commission program averaging $25,000–$100,000+ annually 100% employer-paid medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance Paid holidays and vacation Continuing education and training support 401(k) with employer match Curious to learn more?
