Job Overview:

Your role involves providing individualized physical therapy care across inpatient, outpatient, and acute rehab environments. You'll perform comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and implement targeted treatment plans, and help patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Collaboration with physical therapy assistants, interdisciplinary team members, and nursing staff is key to delivering high-quality care. Responsibilities also include mentoring students or interns, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring clinical and regulatory standards adherence.

Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Current or eligible Montana Physical Therapist license
• Completion of the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Inpatient and outpatient experience is preferred, though not required
