Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store with attention to detail and efficiency
• Manage resources including staff recruitment, training, and appraisal
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle complaints with care
• Maintain financial records, budgets, and sales targets to maximize profitability
• Prepare promotional displays and liaise with management for store improvements
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations
